Accor, a global powerhouse in the hospitality sector, is excited to announce the signing of two new hotel properties in Indore, central India’s rapidly expanding commercial hub. The Novotel Indore Super Corridor and ibis Styles Indore Super Corridor are set to introduce 310 new hotel rooms to the region, with the grand opening scheduled for 2029.. This dual-branded development is set to meet the growing demand for premium accommodations in the city, supporting its evolution as a key business and leisure destination.
Located in the thriving Super Corridor, Indore’s leading commercial and IT zone, the new hotels will cater to a wide range of guests, including corporate travellers, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) visitors, and leisure tourists. Accor’s commitment to expanding its footprint in India is further reinforced with this new project, positioning the group for continued growth in the region.
Developed by Pitraparvat Developers Private Limited, the project will feature 170 guestrooms at Novotel Indore Super Corridor and 140 rooms at ibis Styles Indore Super Corridor, ensuring diverse accommodation choices that cater to varying traveller preferences. The properties will include a variety of dining options, a modern fitness centre, a swimming pool, and versatile event and banquet spaces for both business and social gatherings.
Novotel, known for offering balanced and comfortable stays for both business and family guests, currently operates over 590 properties in 68 countries, with an additional 180 hotels in development. The ibis family of brands, including ibis Styles, is renowned for delivering affordable, convenient, and friendly stays, with a global portfolio of over 2,500 hotels, including 680 ibis Styles locations across 79 countries.
With the opening of these two hotels, Accor continues to strengthen its presence in Madhya Pradesh, contributing to the region’s burgeoning hospitality market and solidifying its role in shaping India’s future travel landscape.
